Client Service Representatives
Rebecca joined the Sunset team in April 2014, as a Client Service Representative. She has been in customer service since she was 18 years old! She graduated from St. Mary’s College with a BA. We have come to rely heavily on Rebecca for her ability to meet the client’s needs on many different levels. We are happy that she is part of our Client Service team!
In Rebecca’s spare time, she loves to read and enjoys photography. Unlike most, she is able to read Greek and Latin and this comes in handy when reading doctor’s handwriting! She also uses stained glasswork as her creative outlet! Her spouse and son share a great deal of her time going to the parks and putting model trains together! Their family is completed by 3 dogs, "Luke", "Phoenix" and "Cola"; their kitty (who thinks she is a dog), "Goldie" and their foster, a Pug named "Winston".
Rebecca says her favorite part of veterinary medicine is making our clients feel that they are in good hands when they are faced with a sick pet.
Tiffany joined our team at Sunset in May 2014, as a Client Service Representative. She has worn many hats in her career and her experience is in medical records, payroll, accounting, customer services and restaurant management. She does have business school under her belt, which compliments her position in our front office well.
Tiffany keeps herself pretty busy outside of work baking, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She loves watching and attending football games and baseball games (Go GIANTS!). She is a HUGE San Francisco Giants Fan! Her favorite show to watch is Sons of Anarchy, so if you want to know the latest, just ask her! She enjoys every chance she gets to see her niece/ god-daughter, Amaray. Her family of fur consists of her 3 year old dog, "Candie" who she takes on walks and hikes, her stray cat, "Trouble" and the newest member, "Purcey" who is a kitten adopted from our very own Karen!
Tiffany says her favorite part of veterinary medicine is being able to help the animals by educating the clients on how to keep their pets happy and healthy!
Vickie joined the Sunset team in October 2012, as a Client Service Representative. She left for some time to do some traveling with her husband and daughter. She came back to Sunset this year in February and we are so happy that she is back with the team! Prior to working at Sunset, she worked for Wonder bread for 12 years. Vickie became a Massage Practitioner through the Integrative Therapy School of Massage. She is a wealth of knowledge around Sunset to help us preserve our backs!
Outside of work, Vickie enjoys camping, canning and cooking with her husband Roger. She and Roger have 2 grown children Destiny and Daren that have only begun their own journeys! No worries, the void is filled with their furry and feathered children! They have two dogs “Fred” and “Rummy” who are ruled by “Tiger” the cat and entertained by their two Parakeets!
Vickie’s favorite part of working at Sunset is meeting the clients along with their pet family!
Linda Shea has been with Sunset Animal Hospital since October 2015 as a Client Service Representative. She came to us with 27 years of retail industry experience! Linda is a local and graduated from Vacaville High School. She went further to graduate from Blake Austin College as a Medical Assistant in 2015. She has complimented her education with certifications in HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) and as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).
When Linda is not working hard as a Client Service Representative she can be found enjoying the scenery at the beach. If you ever had the opportunity to talk with Linda you would know that she loves people, so one of her favorite things to do is spending quality time with her friends. She has also been graced with 2 loving children and four beautiful grandchildren. If you didn’t think her life was filled with enough love, she has her furry family too! Her menagerie begins with her four loyal companions, “Angel” her sweet 3 year old Pit Bull and “Lil Rascal” her 1 year old Pit Bull who works desperately every day to live up to his name. The most recent addition to the Shea household are “Astro Midnight” a 10 month old mixed breed and “Nala” a 1 year old Pit Bull, both dropped off at Sunset without owners. She has two house rabbits “Bunny Foo Foo” (loves to give mom kisses) and “Fuzzy Bunny”; their favorite thing to do is make their enclosure look like a tornado went through it! “Samson” is a 7 year old Ball Python that is living the good life! This family goes beyond fur with feathers and gills! She has 3 parakeets that provide singing for the household and several goldfish that offer an area of the house to relax and destress!
Linda’s favorite part of working at Sunset Animal Hospital is seeing all the pets that come through our doors and being able to interact with them and their owners and the satisfaction of knowing that these animals are being well taken care of.
