We want to wish you and your pets excellent health through the coronavirus situation. At this time we remain open for appointments as usual, but since health is a top priority for us, there may come a time in the near future where we need to limit appointments to those that are in urgent need of care. We will reach out to you immediately if this becomes this case.
We would like you to know that if your pet is scheduled for a routine appointment and you would like to reschedule after the coronavirus situation has become more clear, we can easily take care of that for you. If you would like to keep your appointment at this time but would like to wait in your vehicle until we can take you straight into a room, we can do that. Checkouts can also be handled in the room so you can go directly back out to your vehicle. Please just call us from your vehicle when you arrive and we will be out to escort you into a room for your appointment. If you are sick yourself, ideally, see if another family member can bring your pet in, if not, we request that you stay in your car. Please call us from the parking lot, we will get a history from the phone, and then a technician will get your pet from the car and the doctor will make a treatment plan.
If you need a prescription refilled or if you purchased food through us but prefer not to come into the hospital, we can bring it out to your car when you arrive to pick it up. Just call us when you arrive. We also accept online pharmacy requests through Vetsource, 1-800 Petmeds, Chewy, Costco, and most other pharmacies.
If you do decide to come in please follow these guidelines:
- Wash your hands with soap and water prior to visiting our hospital.
- Use provided hand sanitizer upon arriving and leaving
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze, using a tissue or the inside of your elbow.
- Keep a safe and social distance (6 feet) between yourself and others when possible.
- AVOID shaking hands.
Best wishes to you and your family (including its 4 legged members) for a healthy season!
